The consumer is to assume full responsibility and liability after order delivery. We recommend you read over our website to better understand our products and services. All warning instructions should be both read and understood before use of products.

All available content and products on this website are “as is” without any warranties. By accessing minibackboards.com, you acknowledge and agree that using this website is at your own risk. This includes understanding that as the user of this website, you are fully responsible for all service and repair costs of any product/part purchased from Mini Backboards LLC. While we provide the chance for buyers to “okay” all artwork, (spelling, logos, and placement) the buyer is held responsible for their artwork mistakes. If the mistake is on our end, we will fix the issue at no additional cost.

Mini Backboards LLC reserves the right to use any content, comments, or emails that are used on our website or sent to us. The user assumes responsibility of all content, comments, or emails. This content will become property of Mini Backboards LLC. If you don’t want ownership to go to Mini Backboards LLC, we suggest you don’t post or send this information, including confidential information.

Payment

We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover), PayPal, checks, or money orders. If sending a check or money order, please send payment to:

Once payment is received, your order will be processed. Checks can take up to ten (10) days to clear, at which time your order will be in queue until check is cleared. Returned checks will result in a $35.00 service charge to the purchaser.

Purchase Orders

Purchase orders will be accepted by Government and Educational Institutions only. Please contact us to see if you qualify.

By ordering with us, you can be certain that your payment and personal information is safe and secure. Our order processing service fully encrypts your personal and credit card information via SSL to provide you with an easy and protected transaction every time!

Sales Tax

A 6% sales tax will be added to your order if purchasing from Pennsylvania.

Returns

If you would like to return an order, please email us at or call us at 1-877-584-1872 and we will work with you on your return.

All returned orders must be returned within fifteen (15) days of purchase. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returns, along with a $1.00 charge per laser engraved plate. Custom engraved items such as acrylics, plaques, and medals (excluding plates) cannot be returned. Shipping charges are non-refundable and buyer must pay for shipment back to us. We will provide you with a shipping address at the time of return agreement.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel an order, please email us at or call us at 1-877-584-1872 and we will work with you on your cancellation.

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of ordering as there will be no charge. Any order cancelled after 24 hours will result in a 10% cancellation fee.

Engraving

Engraving is centered by design. If you would like something different, please contact us and we would be happy to work something out with you!

Free laser engraving is not applicable to all items. Please visit the product page you are interested in to see if your item is eligible for engraving at no additional charge. Free engraving includes up to fifty (50) characters. Each additional character over 50 will be $0.10.

Submitting

You can submit your engraving needs several ways – online when building your item (by typing in each engraving message), email us what you would like to have engraved, or by faxing your engraving needs to 610-584-4949.

Graphics

If using any type of graphic, we will provide you with a proof of your item before the production stage begins. Once the proof is agreed upon, production will start. PLEASE NOTE: By providing your images to us, you are consenting that you either a) own these images or b) have permission to use them. We are not held responsible for images you provide to us for engraving.

Mini Backboard

The engraving process of the Mini Backboard is more complicated. You tell us what you would like (text and logos) and we set up a proof. Once the proof is complete, we email you a copy for your approval. Once approved, we will begin production.

Spelling

You are held accountable for all correct spelling. We are not responsible for any misspellings that you have. When we send a proof via email, you are held accountable for making sure all the spelling and images are okay. If you okay a proof and there is a misspelling, you are held accountable as this is not our mistake.

Spelling corrections will result in a charge for each item that has been misspelled.

Plate (trophy, resin, medal) – $1.00/each

Shipping

WE ONLY SHIP TO THE UNITED STATES. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED! Shipping is through UPS. We offer several different UPS shipping services. They include UPS Ground (standard), UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air AM, UPS Next Day Air Saver, UPS Next Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air Early AM. Please contact us before purchasing if you are in need of your order sooner than the standard UPS Ground service. Shipping rates depend on package size, weight, destination, and shipping service needed. Any order placed will normally be shipped within one to four business days*. Below is a map of estimated shipping times from our headquarters in Skippack, Pennsylvania via UPS Ground.

To keep shipping costs low to you, please make sure your shipping address is correct during checkout. We are not held accountable for an incorrect address that you have entered, as you will be charged shipping twice if your order is returned to our warehouse.

PO Box

If you have a PO Box rather than a physical address, your order will be sent via USPS Priority Mail. Please specify that you need your order to be sent to a PO Box.

APO, FPO, DPO

We ship all APO, FPO, and DPO orders via USPS Priority Mail.

Damaged Item

If you received an item that has been damaged during the shipping process, please contact us and let us know. We will send you a replacement at no additional cost.

How can I order a Mini Backboard?

Because of the complexity of the setup involved, we don’t offer the Mini Backboard in our store. If you would like to order or get pricing, please email us at or call us at 1-877-584-1872. Once ordered, we provide you with a proof for your approval.

What payments are accepted?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal, checks, and money orders. American Express in not an accepted payment method. Purchase orders are limited to Government Agencies and Educational Organizations.

How do I know my personal and payment information is safe?

Using SSL encryption allows us to protect both your personal and payment information. We use a third party service that provides our consumers with this security. We take every step in providing our consumers with the highest possible security protection.

How much does engraving cost?

Engraving is free up to fifty (50) characters on most items. If an item is eligible for free engraving, it will say so on the item page. Medals are $0.50 each for engraving for up to forty (40) characters. Once over the character limit, an additional $0.10 will be charged for each character. This additional fee applies to all items.

Why should I sign up for the newsletter?

Our monthly newsletter will ensure you hear about all of our sales, announcements, and giveaways. We will not share your information with any third party services. This will be to give you the latest and greatest from Mini Backboards LLC!

How long will my order take to ship?

If your order is placed before 1 PM EST, it normally ships the next business day. This depends on how many other orders we have. In some cases, orders could take 3-4 days to ship do to other orders.

I received a damaged item when I got my order. What should I do?

Please contact us via email at or at 1-877-584-1872. We will ask you a few questions and send you out a new item free of charge.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on a few different things. Location, package size and weight, and shipment method affect price. Order is shipped via UPS Ground unless stated otherwise.

I need my order faster than the shipping map shows. How can this be done?

We offer several other different shipping services than the standard UPS Ground. If you are in need of a rush order, please let us know and we will be happy to help you. Shipping charges will increase, but we can insure you will get your order on time!

Can I track my order?

After your order has been shipped, we will email you with a UPS tracking number. You can then enter this tracking number at ups.com to track your order.
